Job Description
Datacom is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end migration of their internal IT service management platform. The role involves defining the target architecture, designing integrations, driving data migration strategy, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver a scalable and secure ServiceNow platform. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
Requirements
- Proven ServiceNow Solution Architect experience leading enterprise migrations or large-scale platform implementations.
- Deep knowledge across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB/Discovery, ITOM, ITSM integrations); hands-on configuration and development experience.
- Strong experience with data migration: discovery tools, data mapping, transformation, reconciliation and validation.
- Solid integration architecture skills: REST/SOAP, MID Server, LDAP/SSO, webhooks, message queuing patterns.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA or higher, CIS, CIS-ITOM desirable) and solid ITIL/enterprise process knowledge.
- Excellent stakeholder, workshop and communication skills—able to influence senior leadership and technical teams.
- Experience establishing governance, CI/CD and source-control for ServiceNow development.
- 7+ years in enterprise architecture or solution architecture roles, with evidence of delivering business outcomes from platform changes.
