Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our Technical Solution Team in Tokyo, Japan. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will communicate with customers, resolve technical issues, and participate in internal team conversations. Requirements
- Technical support experience in a SaaS company (over two years of experience)
- Experience using Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, or similar software
- Engineers with experience in technical troubleshooting and programming
- Self-motivated individuals who are detail-oriented and eager to continuously learn
- Critical thinkers who prioritize a client-centered approach
- Individuals with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Programmers with basic knowledge of Linux and a preference for hands-on work
- Individuals who can work a rotating schedule, including weekends
- Proficiency in Japanese conversation and writing at a business level is required
