Job Description
Datadog's Technical Solutions team provides expert support to clients via multi-channel support, demos, and presentations. The position involves engaging with customers, resolving technical issues, and becoming a specialist within a specific Datadog product area. Requirements
- Experienced in multi-channel technical support at a SaaS company (2+ years of related experience)
- Experience using Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, or similar software
- Self-motivated and detail-attentive with a desire for continuous learning
- A critical thinker who defaults to a client-centric approach
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Basic programming experience and understanding of Linux
