Job Description
Datagrid is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving Datagrid’s growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet activity targets
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools, CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and prospecting techniques is a plus
