At Datashift, we believe in the power of data and artificial intelligence to solve complex challenges in today's industries. Our Strategy team helps organizations unlock business value with implementable Data & AI strategies, while leveraging the technical expertise of our broader Datashift teams.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Business Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics,...).
- 4–8 years of experience, including at least 2 years in strategy consulting and with previous exposure to data, analytics, or AI projects.
- Proven track record in leading projects.
- Understanding of and interest in the impact of data and AI in industries and organizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- A strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving ability.
- Fluent in English and Dutch (highly preferable) or French.
