Job Description
Datashift is seeking a Data & AI Strategy Manager to lead client projects, lead teams, and inspire stakeholders to turn data & AI into measurable impact.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Business Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics,...)
- 4–8 years of experience, including at least 2 years in strategy consulting and with previous exposure to data, analytics, or AI projects
- Proven track record in leading projects
- Understanding of and interest in the impact of data and AI in industries and organizations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- A strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving ability
- Fluent in English and Dutch (highly preferable) or French
