Job Description
The German Fluent Legal Counsel will assist the Head of Legal EMEA & APAC in supporting internal clients and external stakeholders for legal matters. The role will provide effective legal advice and support to the organization.
Requirements
- Good knowledge and experience of local commercial laws
- Reviewing and negotiating IT/SaaS commercial contracts and service level agreements
- Undertaking research on legal topics and providing general legal advice
- Assisting in the development of legal templates and best practices
- Ensuring compliance within agreement terms to company policies and guidelines
