Health Information Operations Superisor

Join Datavant as a Health Information Operations Supervisor and lead a growing team, communicate with leadership, and collaborate with clients to provide solutions. You will be responsible for leading audit teams, reviewing data, and managing client requests. Prior experience in health information and a passion for leadership are required.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Health Information related experience
• Well-versed with HIPAA standards
• Ability to support clients and your Team working both on-site and remotely
• Power BI, MS Office
• EMR experience with EPIC, or Cerner (bonus points)
• Previous production/metric-based work experience (bonus points)
• Team building and experience elevating individuals' careers (bonus points)
