Inpatient Audit Specialist

Datavant is a data platform company focused on health data exchange and seeking an Inpatient Audit Specialist. This remote role involves coding audits, educational support, and customer service, with a focus on ensuring code quality and compliance. Requirements

• Perform Inpatient facility coding audits.
• Provide rationale for coding changes.
• Maintain 95% DRG accuracy rate.
• Experience with various software including Epic, Cerner, and other prevalent EMRs.
• 5+ years of facility inpatient coding experience and/or auditing.
• CCS (preferred), RHIA or RHIT preferred.
• Strong organizational, teamwork, and leadership skills.
