Job Description
DatologyAI is seeking a Technical Sourcer to help build an exceptional team of engineers and researchers from the ground up. The successful candidate will partner closely with the team and leadership to shape how we find, engage, and attract top technical talent.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience sourcing technical talent, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, etc.
- Excellent written communication and a thoughtful approach to candidate outreach
