Job Description
Range is creating AI-powered solutions to eliminate financial complexity for its members. The company is looking for a Technical Sourcer to join its team, supporting top-of-funnel recruiting efforts across engineering, product, data, and other technical teams.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience sourcing technical talent
- Experience sourcing at a large tech company or agency
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and candidate profiles
