We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations and drive financial excellence. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, overseeing month-end close processes, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.

Requirements

• Lead monthly close activities
• Oversee core accounting functions
• Manage the monthly financial statement consolidation process
• Prepare and review GAAP-compliant financial statements
• Review journal entries and account reconciliations
• Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to the accounting team
• Create and maintain efficient team structures
• Lead and motivate a remote team
• Design, implement, and continuously improve accounting policies and procedures
• Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors
• Oversee internal controls documentation, testing, and segregation of duties
• Support tax preparation activities
