Job Description
GHJ Search and Staffing is a leading national accounting and advisory firm seeking an Accounting Manager. This role involves overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, managing the month-end close process, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and providing timely financial reporting. The position will require leadership and collaboration with various departments.
Requirements
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage the month-end close process, including journal entries and reconciliation.
- Partner with operations, supply chain, and sales to monitor production costs.
- Maintain and enforce internal controls and support audits.
- Supervise, coach, and develop accounting staff.
- Collaborate with plant managers and procurement teams.
