Bilingual Service Consultant (English/Spanish)

Dayforce is a global human capital management (HCM) company with a unified solution database and continuous calculation engine. We are seeking a Bilingual Service Consultant to manage and execute the entire implementation life cycle of our GL requirements.

Requirements

• Manage all aspects of the GL implementation process
• Partner with client project managers and executives
• Consult and advise clients on best practices
• Collaborate with the project team and internal partners
• Effectively manage multiple projects and clients
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Accounting or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of software implementation experience
• Practical knowledge of accounting and payroll
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot problems
• Experience with software in a SaaS/Cloud environment
• Specific experience with Payroll modules within Workday, Ultimate, Lawson or ADP is strongly desired
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines for multiple clients concurrently
• Proven ability to document requirements, issues, and outcomes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge in SQL, XML, XSLT preferred
• Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed
