Job Description
This Management Trainee Program is designed for recent graduates and soon-to-be graduating seniors offering 24 weeks of hands-on experience with Dayton Freight. The program aims to develop future-based leadership skills and prepare trainees for potential management roles within the company. Trainees will gain experience in various areas, including LTL operations and company culture.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- Willingness to relocate to any Service Center
- Willingness to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
