Job Description
The Management Trainee Program is designed for recently graduated or soon-to-be graduating seniors, offering a 24-week hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Trainees will gain experience in the LTL Industry, develop leadership skills, and learn about Dayton Freight's operations and company culture. The program focuses on future-based leadership development for future management positions.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center
- Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
