Job Description
The Management Trainee Program is a 24-week hands-on experience for recent graduates and soon-to-be graduates, designed to expand their experience, participate in all company areas, and gain knowledge of Dayton Freight's culture and the Transportation Industry. The program focuses on developing future-based leadership skills to prepare trainees for management roles. This role offers a stable organization, fast-paced work, and unique leadership opportunities.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- Willing to relocate to any Service Center
- Willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
