Job Description
The Management Trainee Program is a 24-week program for recent graduates or soon-to-be graduating students. The program provides hands-on experience, opportunities to expand on experience, and training in leadership skills, all aimed at preparing them for future management roles within the Transportation Industry.
Requirements
- Valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- Willingness to relocate to any Service Center
- Willingness to rotate between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
- Ability to work a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
