Job Description
This Management Trainee Program provides 24 weeks of hands-on experience for recently graduated or soon-to-graduate students. It offers team participation, operational experience, leadership training, and knowledge of the company culture and transportation industry. The program is designed to prepare individuals for future management roles within Dayton Freight.
Requirements
- Valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- Willingness to relocate to any Service Center
- Willingness to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
