Job Description
The Operations Manager will develop methods and procedures for efficient and economical freight routing and movement in a customer-focused manner. Responsibilities include utilizing a Transportation Management System (T.E.A.M.) for P&D and dock operations, monitoring service center objectives, supervising personnel, maintaining customer relations, and ensuring safe and clean facilities. This role is crucial for achieving consistent service performance and maintaining high standards.
