Operations Supervisor

The role involves implementing processes to improve operational efficiency, measuring performance, and ensuring high service standards. The position requires a strong understanding of transportation logistics and communication skills.

Requirements

• Compile production and service records and measure conformance to standards
• Inspect and measure performance of personnel
• Review logs and reports
• Assist with billing, rating, manifesting, and analysis of freight weight and size
• Maintain excellent communication with customers and internal stakeholders
• Assist in recruiting and developing Service Center personnel
