Job Description
The Operations Supervisor will plan, schedule, coordinate, and implement efficient methods for customer freight routing and movement. Responsibilities include managing drivers, measuring performance, analyzing freight, and maintaining accurate records. The role will ensure excellent communication with customers and internal teams, and contribute to training and development of personnel.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the LTL/ Transportation Industry
- Management of Drivers and Dockworkers
- Knowledge of the surrounding geographical area
