We are seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to drive growth and engagement within our partner ecosystem through strategic co-marketing initiatives and partner enablement programs.
Requirements
- Develop and execute multi-channel partner marketing programs to drive awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth
- Represent DBSync as a confident and compelling spokesperson in webinars, videos, customer conversations, and other public-facing marketing events
- Manage joint go-to-market plans aligned with partner and DBSync business objectives
- Identify, onboard, and nurture new partners while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones
- Create and deliver co-marketing collateral and enablement assets like sales decks, case studies, webinars, email campaigns, and social media content
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure effective partner program execution
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of partner marketing initiatives to leadership
- Manage partner marketing budgets, events, and campaigns
- Act as a partner advocate internally by gathering feedback to influence product roadmap and improve partner experience
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities in SaaS and data integration
