Job Description
As a Guest Experience Trainee, you will support the Front Office and Guest Relations team in delivering five-star luxury service. You will play an active role in welcoming guests, dealing with VIPs and amenities, supporting complaint handling, and contributing to improved LQA and Forbes Travel Guide scores.
Requirements
- Operational experience in the front office with high-level guest contact
- Motivated to gain experience and learn in the chosen department
- Willing to work effectively in a dynamic environment
