Job Description
As a Guest Service Agent Intern, you will support the Front Office team in delivering five-star luxury service, welcoming guests, and contributing to improved LQA and Forbes Travel Guide scores. You will assist with guest check-in and check-out, answer questions, and maintain a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a study program for which the internship is a required component
- Motivated to gain experience and learn in the chosen department
- Attention to detail and precision in task execution
- Good communication skills to collaborate with the team and management
