Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading a sales development team at a SaaS company
• Prior quota-carrying sales experience
• Experience operating within complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop SDRs
• Proficiency in Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
