Job Description
Decagon is seeking a Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager to join their team shaping go-to-market strategy and driving execution. This is a high-impact, high-agency position to shape the trajectory of a category-defining AI company.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in GTM/revenue operations and/or investment banking, management consulting or a related field.
- Advanced analytical capability: strong Excel & modeling proficiency is a must; experience with Salesforce or GTM/BI tools is desirable.
- ‘Get it done’ posture: desire to be in a fast-paced environment with constant change
- Ownership mindset: end-to-end ownership of deliverables & willing to get deep into the weeds
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills: comfortable with ambiguous topics without a defined process or ‘right’ answer
- Communication & presentation skills: ability to distill complex data into a clear narrative for executive audiences
