Job Description
Decagon is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations & Systems, to design, build and optimize GTM technology infrastructure from the ground up, and drive initiatives with senior leaders.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in revenue operations, business systems or equivalent role
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce, with experience building custom objects, complex workflows, validation rules and integrations with other tools
- Proficiency with process automation tools and data visualization/reporting platforms
- Hands-on experience standing up GTM tools and driving adoption with field teams
