Job Description
Decagon is a conversational AI platform empowering brands to deliver exceptional customer experiences. They are a rapidly growing company seeking a Technical Writer to maintain high-quality documentation, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams. The role involves translating technical concepts into accessible content for developers, CX operators, and enterprise leaders.
Requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Experience writing technical documentation for APIs, SDKs, or developer platforms
- Comfortable with technical workflows (Markdown, Git, GitHub)
- Strong editorial judgment
- Track record of documentation that drives adoption and reduces confusion
- Background in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Contributions to open-source tooling, developer education, or public technical blogs/tutorials
- Familiarity with AI concepts, LLMs, or agent-based platforms
- Experience creating multimedia content (videos, quickstarts, tutorials)
