Decima International is a professional services company seeking a Business Development Associate Director to support identifying and pursuing new clients and penetrating new markets.

Requirements

• 15+ years of business development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent
• Experience performing business development responsibilities in the construction field specially for data centers, mission-critical, large infrastructure programs, and healthcare projects
• Extensive experience in research
• Comprehensive understanding of market trends
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate with any audience clearly and accurately
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
