Requirements

• Be well-versed in modern project management techniques
• Establish strong relationships with clients
• Create and/or maintain best practices
• Develop, manage, and report on scope, schedule, and budget
• Manage assigned work from initiation through close-out
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and report to management
• Perform forensic analysis of existing building systems
• Research new technologies and assess their feasibility
• Serve as the single point of contact for all mechanical and plumbing disciplines
• Provide vendor oversight and performance management
• Review and approve vendor scopes of work and site/building design plans
• Manage compliance with audit results and recommendations
