We are looking for a driven and highly experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing business at an exciting time. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively sourcing candidates for a wide range of technical positions within our management consultancy.
Requirements
- Extensive experience of talent acquisition for specialist, hard-to-fill, or niche positions
- Strong background working in an in-house recruitment role or externally within the defence sector
- Thorough understanding of full-cycle recruitment
- Experience recruiting in some of our core capability areas, e.g. Project Management, Project Controls, Systems Thinking, OR, Data Science, Business Change
- Experience in recruiting within critical infrastructure domains: defence, energy/nuclear, water utilities, transport, central government etc.
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Personable and approachable demeanour
- Experience developing Boolean and keyword searches
- Self-motivated approach to work
- Effective time management skills and the ability to adapt to when priorities change
- Ability to build strong working relationships with the business and with candidates
