Account Executive, Expansion, Mid-Market | France

Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. We're looking for an Account Executive to drive growth within existing mid-market accounts by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, specifically within mid-market account management or a similar role focused on expansion.
• Proven ability to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in mid-market organizations.
• Experience using a consultative approach to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.
• Fully proficient in French and English
• Extensive experience managing b2b clients and expanding the business footprint within the France and Benelux region
