Job Description
Deel is a global payroll and HR platform that enables businesses to scale smarter, faster, and more compliantly. As a Client Account Executive, you will drive growth within existing SMB accounts by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, building strong relationships with clients, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their business outcomes.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, particularly in account management or business development targeting small and medium-sized businesses.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Experience in understanding client needs and effectively proposing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
