Job Description
Deel is a global payroll and HR platform for teams across 150+ countries. They are transforming talent management through AI and an owned payroll infrastructure. This role focuses on developing and managing a team of Sales Development representatives, driving a high-performance culture and exceeding sales goals. Deel is a rapidly growing SaaS company with a substantial valuation and ARR.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a dedicated sales or sales leadership role
- Experience at a high growth SaaS company (preferably IT SaaS)
- Fluent in designing and implementing outbound sales development playbooks
- Data and analytics skills to drive decision-making and track progress
- Experience scaling an SDR team
