Deel is a global payroll and HR platform for teams, and we're looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join our team. As a member of our team, you'll work with a remote team to provide technical support to customers and help achieve device and IT services growth objectives.
Requirements
- Work as part of an expert team of subject matter experts to help achieve device and IT services growth objectives.
- Provide technical support for our Sales team and customer base.
- Deploy, configure, and refresh devices for Deel IT.
- Identify and solve customer or business challenges.
- Work methodically and prioritize well to ensure timelines are met and milestones are reached.
