Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration at a fast-moving tech company
- Comfortable working autonomously
- Hands-on experience with Okta, including building Workflows that reduced manual work
- Experience with Kandji or JAMF
- Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
