We're looking for a Senior Payroll Associate to oversee the processing of payroll data for employees, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with Indian payroll laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in India payroll or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Indian payroll laws and regulations
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
