As a HR & Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes for clients' employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution of salaries. Your role includes master data maintenance, monthly processing, payslip generation, and addressing employee queries.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations in India
- Minimum tertiary education (post-secondary)
- Proven experience in managing payroll using greytHR is preferred
- Deep understanding of Flexi Benefit works in India
- Deep understanding of India tax ruling
- Good knowledge of India labour legislations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under strict deadlines
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of countries of coverage
- Meticulous and has strong numerical skills (good with numbers)
