Requirements
- Fluency in German and English
- Substantial experience in Sales Development management
- Proven ability to deliver hands-on coaching and call reviews
- Track record of improving SDR performance
- Deep understanding of SDR processes and best practices

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency using Salesforce.com, SalesLoft and other SDR-related tools
