Job Description
DEKA is seeking a Machinist/Toolmaker to perform programming and operation of various machine tools. The ideal candidate is a self-driven, detail-oriented individual proficient in multitasking and equipped with CAD/CAM software experience. Exposure to HAAS, Mazak, and DMG-Mori machines in a prototype shop environment is expected.
Requirements
- 5-8 years’ relevant machining experience
- Experience with milling machines, lathes, CNC machines, and precision measuring equipment
- Familiarity with injection mold fabrication and assembly
- Proficiency with Solidworks and Solidcam
- Knowledge of 3- and 4-axis machining
- Blueprint reading proficiency
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
