Job Description
Delinea is a pioneering company in secure identity authorization, seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to lead both internal infrastructure and external product initiatives. The role involves owning core internal AI infrastructure like load balancing, compliance automation, and model routing, and also leading external initiatives like delivering customer-facing AI solutions. The position requires collaboration across engineering, data science, and business teams to maximize both operational excellence and customer impact in a globally distributed team.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, preferably in AI/ML, cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise SaaS
- Solid understanding of modern AI/ML concepts, including large language models, multi-agent systems, and model fine-tuning
- Proven ability to work alongside data scientists, engineers, and UX professionals
- Knowledge of compliance, security, and privacy best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
