ServiceNow Analyst

Deloitte is seeking a ServiceNow Analyst to join their dynamic team in Athens. The successful candidate will assist in implementing and maintaining different ServiceNow modules and third-party integrations, and develop foundational knowledge of ServiceNow development practices and best practices across the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in designing and implementing SaaS solutions
• Eagerness to learn how to configure and customize ServiceNow, to achieve ServiceNow’s professional certifications and continuously develop your skills
• Solid foundation in Programming languages (JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS)
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Greek language
