ServiceNow Consultant

Deloitte is seeking enthusiastic ServiceNow Consultants to join their dynamic team in Athens. As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will lead the technological development trend through consulting services oriented to developing new digital features for clients on ServiceNow. You will interact with clients, understand their processes and business problems, and design and configure optimal solutions for complete digitalization.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent
• 2 or more years of experience in designing and implementing SaaS solutions
• Solid foundation in Programming languages (JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS)
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and practices
• Solid foundation in ServiceNow IT Service Management, ServiceNow Asset Management, ServiceNow Customer Service, ServiceNow Field Service
• Knowledge of development of integrations leveraging point-to-point interfaces, Webservices (REST/SOAP), file-based transfers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Greek language
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach
