The Billing Supervisor, Centralized Services role involves leading a team of approximately ten people across Canada to support billing and mission teams. The role requires experience in leading operations or billing teams, excellent analytical and communication skills, and advanced mastery of Excel for data analysis and report production. The team's primary objective is to manage and reduce net TEC held in colleagues' portfolios by billing work on time, while maintaining positive feedback from colleagues.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team within operations or billing (at least two years)
• Participation in liaison with directors and colleagues
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate problems and implement solutions or improvements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (oral and written)
• Advanced mastery of Excel for data analysis and report production
• Experience facilitating uniform achievement of objectives
