Supervisor Customer Operations

The Customer Operations Supervisor is a people leader role responsible for supporting and developing Customer Service Representatives and Customer Operations Coordinators. The position coordinates with internal and external customers to execute a positive customer experience while managing day-to-day operations within the department.

Requirements

• Supervises Customer Operations functions to ensure timely and accurate work completion
• Reviews and follows up on Customer Service Representative inquiries to coach and develop CSR processes
• Develops and implements goals around departmental or individual KPIs and competencies
• Resolves escalated/sensitive customer service-related issues
• Communicates and facilitates training on new processes as needed
• Supports external and internal audits from regulatory agencies
