Financial Ops Specialist

As a Financial Ops Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end billing operations, ensuring billing accuracy and compliance, collaborating with teams to ensure revenue accuracy, and maintaining up-to-date documentation of billing procedures and client requirements. You will also support audits, provide necessary documentation for financial reviews, and assist in the implementation of new billing systems and process enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in billing, financial operations, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in financial systems, CRM, and billing software.
• Experience with processing various billing models (i.e., recurring, subscription, usage)
