Job Description
The Financial Ops Specialist will support end-to-end billing operations, including order entry, invoice preparation, review, and submission. The role requires ensuring billing accuracy and compliance with contractual terms and company policies, collaborating with teams to ensure revenue accuracy, and supporting the analysis of billing data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in billing, financial operations, or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
