Sr Financial Ops Specialist

Manage end-to-end billing operations, including order entry, invoice preparation, review, and submission. Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with contractual terms and company policies, collaborate with teams to ensure revenue accuracy. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and support client needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in billing, financial operations, or related roles.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in financial systems, CRM, and billing software.
• Experience with processing various billing models (i.e., recurring, subscription, usage)
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
