Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a customer-facing SaaS role
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
- Comfortable working with Customer Success platforms and CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
- Experience with data or analytics products (a plus)
